Projecting Davion Taylor, Josiah Scott and Tyree Jackson to be placed on IR after initial 53 man roster. (IR projections 8/28)
I think this is the most realistic outcome which I know is what you were going for. I love that Pryor is gone (have seen several predictions with him making the team which makes no sense). Couple of things that will be interesting are:
– Do they keep an extra RB as they have been practicing a lot of two RB sets (two receiving capable backs)
– I agree on JJAW likely making it but will be an interesting show that the new staff may have more influence if he doesn’t (as he shouldn’t)
– #SignTyreeJackson (just kidding, but definitely the interesting story this year)
I would keep 5 RB and cut JJAW, especially considering a coupe of these backs are known for their hands. That will be the decision that shows whether or not the new staff has more say than the previous one.
I need to update Minshew and once the 53 is done, they will then IR Tyree and sign someone else. I think moving Flacco is possible as well.
